Dr. Devin Platt, DDS
Devin Platt, DDS, is a board-certified family and cosmetic dentist with nearly 35 years of private practice experience. Dr. Platt currently delivers state-of-the-art dentistry to patients in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.
He is proud to run an eco-friendly office and has eliminated 90% of the harmful radiation associated with traditional X-rays by investing in digital radiographs. Dr. Platt and his team are also working toward becoming a paper-free office.
Experience and Background
After earning his Bachelor of Science from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York, in 1981, Dr. Platt enrolled in the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. Since receiving his dental surgery doctorate in 1985, he has remained an active member of the American Dental Association and the Second District Dental Society.
Dr. Platt has completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education throughout his career, reflecting his commitment to advancing his knowledge and skills. He provides all aspects of implant dentistry, including surgical implant placement and restorative implant treatment, allowing him to provide comprehensive implant care from start to finish.
Serving New York City Since 1985
In the fall of 1985, Dr. Platt launched his own private practice and has been serving the New York City community ever since. He provides a number of dental services to patients of all ages at his office, including root canal therapy, emergency dentistry, veneers, professional teeth whitening, dental implants, periodontal gum treatment, surgical and non-surgical treatments, and more.
Care in Two Languages
To make care accessible to as many neighbors as possible, Dr. Platt sees patients in English and Spanish, and keeps the office open into the evening on select weeknights for patients who cannot get away during the day.
